• How is rent collection handled?

  Paid by cash, check or money order. Dropped off at our office located at 2700 N 14th Avenue during business hours or in the rent slot in the door for after hours. It can be mailed to Winter Investments, LLC PO BOX 1971 Dodge city Ks, 67801. Paid through our Portal by echeck, debit card, American Express, Mastercard

• How long of a lease do you sign?

  Standard is six months, we do shorter leases as short as 3 months but we charge more for rent.

• How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

  Same as the Rent
